Join Us For Our Appreciation Month!
Good Morning and welcome to Creatively Simple! For the whole month of May, Connie and I have been creating simple cards with an Appreciation Theme:
This week, I am using the Citrus Blooms Bundle and just an FYI, for those of you that love tutorials, Connie and I just completed a Citrus Blooms Collection. Information can be found at the end of my post. And now for my card:
I coordinated the stamped image to the pretty designer paper. I hope you like my card as it was so much fun to create!
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Citrus Blooms, Hearts & Hugs
- Inks: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie
- Stampin’ Blends: Old Olive Pumpkin Pie, Peach Pie
- Cardstock: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Mediterranean Blooms
- Tools & Accessories: Citrus Blooms Dies, Paper Snips, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Old Olive Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Mediterranean Blooms Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Pumpkin Pie Cardstock 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Stamp the image repeatedly with Pumpkin Pie Ink. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Image: Stamp the image on Basic White Cardstock with Old Olive Ink. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Glue to card front about 1-1/4″ from the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with Old Olive Ink on Old Olive Cardstock 2-1/4 x 5/16. Trim both ends with Paper Snips into a banner shape. Glue with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals below the stamped image.
