Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple 270

November 3, 2026 Leave a Comment

Grateful Hearts Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

My simple card this week uses a few diecuts, designer paper, cardstock and a few embellishments and ribbon:

The Dreamy Flowers embellishments are so perfect to go with the Bubble Bath layer and really pop against the Secret Sea layer. Notice the pretty hot foiled pink frame on the Bubble Bath diecut circle, so pretty!

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: Framed & Fabulous
  • Inks: VersaMark
  • Cardstock: Darling Duckling, Bubble Bath, Secret Sea
  • Designer Paper: Everyday Essentials
  • Tools & Accessories: Framed & Fabulous Hot Foil Dies, Hot Foiling System, Pink Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders, Hydrangea Hue Bordered ribbon, Dreamy Flowers, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Darling Duckling Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
  • Layer 2: Everyday Essentials Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 3-1/2. Cut in half at 1-3/4. Glue to card base evenly spaced.
  • Layer 3: Follow these steps:
    • Bubble Bath Cardstock hot foiled with the circle from Framed & Fabulous Hot Foil Dies and Pink Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls.
    • Cut with the large scallop die.
    • Thread the ribbon through the scalloped holes and wrap around the card base. Tie into a bow at the left side and trim ribbon ends at an angle.
  • Layer 4: Secret Sea Cardstock cut with the scallop die. Stamp the sentiment with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and melt with the Heat Tool. Glue to pink layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Bling: Add Dreamy Flowers around the sentiment.
