Noel Tidings & Timeless Christmas!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. We have the cutest inspiration photo to use this week to help us create our projects. Take a peek:

I did not have anything gingerbread related as far as stamps, but the Timeless Christmas Designer Paper came to my rescue:

The designer paper includes a sheet of preprinted tags and lo and behold, one tag had gingerbread on it. It was perfect to use and I added a 2nd tag behind it:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Noel Tidings
- Inks: Peaceful Pine
- Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Timeless Christmas
- Tools & Accessories: Peaceful Pine Bordering Ribbon, Adhesive Backed Christmas Berries
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Poppy Parade Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3 & 4: Timeless Christmas Designer Paper (2 patterns) 5-1/4 x 1/2 & 5-1/4 x 1. Glue next to each other and even on the left edge of the white layer.
- Tags: Cut the two tags from the designer paper as follows:
- I handcut the gingerbread tag and used it as a pattern on the white & red dotted layer.
- Stamp the sentiment above the gingerbread with Peaceful Pine Ink.
- Stamp the smaller sentiment on Poppy Parade Cardstock and cut close to the lettering and cut into 2 lines of text. Glue under the larger sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add Adhesive Backed Christmas Berries to the left of the small sentiment.
- Layer the tags together and glue.
- Tie the ribbon into a knot and trim the ends at an angle. Glue ribbon to the top with Mini Glue Dots.
- Glue tag to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
