Buffalo Check Hot Foil Die And Reverse Hot Foil Die!
Have you heard the news? We now have a Reverse Hot Foil Die! What does that mean? First take a look at the photos below and see how I got 2 layers out of one hot foil sheet:
See the first flat die on the left in the first photo? That’s the new die! So what happens is the hot foiling gets done and you are left with this pretty hot foil sheet that you just can’t make yourself throw away because the leftovers are so pretty! In comes the new Reverse Hot Foil Die. It’s made to use with what remains on the foil sheet so you get a 2 for 1 deal.
First I hot foiled with the Buffalo Check Die and used the Light Pink Hot Foil Roll. Once my cardstock was hot foiled, I placed the Reverse Hot Foil Die on the hot foil system, heated it up and ran another layer of cardstock with what was left on the used foil. That means I was able to create these two cards:
You can’t even tell which is which when you put the cards side-by-side. And look how pretty the pink foil is on these two close-up photos. It truly is a “wow” moment:
