Sketch Challenge Week With Oh My Fright!

It’s Sketch Challenge week at Create With Stamping Friends . We alternate each week between a Sketch Challenge or a Color Challenge. This is the sketch we are using this week:

I know it’s early to be showing you Halloween products but it’s that time of year to start thinking about your projects. The patterns from the Frightfully Fun Designer Paper are adorable. I used two different layers with the papers:

I also added some Vellum Cardstock diecut ghosts and I colored them with Clear Wink Of Stella. It was hard to capture the glimmer on my photo but it’s so pretty in real life! I love the see-thru look as well that makes them look a little spooky:

Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.

- Layer 4: Frightfully Fun Designer Paper. Place and glue at an angle as shown and trim top and side even.
- Layer 5: Basic White Cardstock cut with the 2″ Circle Punch. Use Blending Brushes to first add Daffodil Delight Ink and then Pumpkin Pie Ink on the outside edges. Glue to card front flat.
- Tree: Diecut the tree with the die and Basic Black Cardstock. Glue flat overlapped on the circle layer.
- Ghosts: Cut 2 ghosts with the die and Vellum Cardstock. Color each ghost with Clear Wink Of Stella. Glue to the tree flat. I used liquid glue, let it dry to tacky and pressed in place.
