Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple 251

June 23, 2026 Leave a Comment

Newest In Colors Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

This week’s In Color feature is Peaceful Pine. I’m finding myself using this color a lot lately. It seems to be my go-to for green. The Stone & Vine Embossing Folder looks so good on my white layer too:

I used just a tiny little splash of designer paper and a doubled-up solo butterfly:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: All Aflutter
  • Inks: Peaceful Pine
  • Cardstock: Peaceful Pine, Basic White
  • Designer Paper: Bloom Boutique
  • Tools & Accessories: All Aflutter Punch, Stone & Vine Embossing Folder, 2026-2028 In Color Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
  • Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Emboss with the Stone & Vine Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
  • Layer 3: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 2-1/4 x 2-1/4. Glue 1″ from the top flat.
  • Layer 4: Bloom Boutique Designer Paper 1-7/8 x 1-7/8. Glue to peaceful pine layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Sentiment: Basic White Cardstovck 3-3/8 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Peaceful Pine Ink. Glue below the square layers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Butterflies: Stamp the trio of butterflies on Basic White Cardstock with Peaceful Pink Ink. Cut with the punch. Layer 2 butterflies together with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Glue to designer paper at an angle. Glue the 3rd butterfly to the inside of the card.
  • Bling: Add 2026-2028 In Color Dots to the designer paper layer.
