Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple 250

June 16, 2026 Leave a Comment

It’s Hyndrangea Hue This Week!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

I’ve been having fun this month using our new In Colors. It worked out well that we have 5 Tuesdays in June so that means I get to featured each color one at a time and one per week! This week is Hydrangea Hue. My favorite color is blue so I really, really like this one!

I used a lot of white space on my card. Two layers of white and some white leaves. I even added some Wink Of Stella to my white leaves and flower center to make them sparkly!

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: Heirloom Boutique
  • Inks: Hydrangea Hue
  • Stampin’ Blends: Light Hydrangea Hue
  • Cardstock: Hydrangea Hue, Basic White
  • Tools & Accessories: Heirloom Boutique Dies, Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush, 2026-2028 In Color Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Hydrangea Hue Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
  • Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
  • Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Stamp the flower cluster image on the left side and bottom repeatedly with Hydrangea Hue Ink. Stamp the sentiment in the middle with the same ink color. Color the center of each flower with the Light Hydrangea Hue Stampin’ Blends. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Flower: Cut one flower with Hydrangea Hue Cardstock and the die. Glue the flower to the leaves.
  • Leaves: Cut one double-leaf with the die and Basic White Cardstock. Color with Wink Of Stella. Glue to the bottom left corner with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Flower Center: Use the flower center die to cut one with Basic White Cardstock. Color with Wink Of Stella. Glue to the center of the flower.
  • Bling: Add In Color Dots to the white background.
