Happy Birthday With Lily Of The Valley!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a Happy Birthday image:

I decided to use some new products and use the birthday theme. My birthday card uses the Valley In Bloom Suite of products:

These products will be available on May 5th and include:
- Lily Of The Valley Bundle (stamps & dies)
- Valley In Bloom Designer Paper
- Shimmering Dots
- Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder
- Luxe White Specialty Designer Paper
Today, I used the bundle and the designer paper from the suite:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Fern & Flora
- Inks: Shaded Spruce
- Cardstock: Golden Glow, Garden Green, Fresh Freesia
- Designer Paper: Moonlit Flora
- Tools & Accessories: Fern & Flora Dies, Sweet Words & Labels Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals, Paper Snips
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Golden Glow Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Moonlit Flora Designer Paper cut with the Sweet Words & Labels Dies. Flip the inside section to the 2nd side of the designer paper. Glue the frame with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Glue the center layer flat.
- Leaves: Stamp 2 sets of leaves on Garden Green Cardstock with Shaded Spruce Ink. Cut with the die. Glue to the inside of the frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers: Cut 3 sets of lily flowers with the die and Fresh Freesia Cardstock. Tuck and glue under the leaves and add a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals under some of the larger flowers.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Golden Glow Cardstock 4 x 3/4 with Shaded Spruce Ink. Cut both ends into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Glue over the leaves and flowers flat.
