Let’s Get Punchy With Terrific Toadstools!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

For my Punch Art, I used the Terrific Toadstool Builder Punch and added some diecut ferns behind the mushrooms from the Fern & Flora Dies:

I highlighted my mushroom tops by tracing around the outside edges with a Calypso Coral Light Stampin’ Blends:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Fern & Flora
• Inks: Peaceful Pink, Calypso Coral Light Stampin’ Blends
• Cardstock: Peaceful Pine, Basic Beige, Calypso Coral, Lemon Lime Twist
• Designer Paper: Scenic Coast
• Tools & Accessories: Fern & Flora Dies, Terrific Toadstools Builder Punch, Tiny Bee Trinkets, Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
• Layer 2: Basic Beige Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Emboss with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Scenic Coast Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 1-3/4. Glue 1/2″ from the left edge.
• Ferns: Cut the large fern with the die and Peaceful Pine Cardstock and the smaller fern with the die and Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. Glue over the designer paper.
• Mushrooms: Cut the 2 mushroom tops with the punch and Calypso Coral Cardstock. Cut 3 stems with Basic Beige Cardstock and the punch. Trace around the edges of the mushroom tops with the Stampin’ Blends. Assemble the mushrooms and glue over the ferns with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Sentiment: Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock 1-1/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Peaceful Pink Ink. Glue above the mushrooms and over the designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bling: Add Tiny Bee Trinkets to the mushrooms and designer paper background.
