Color Challenge Week With Flowering Meadows!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . Check out the three colors we are using this week for our Color Challenge:

I used some new products that will debut in our Mini Catalog starting on May 5th. On this card you’ll find these new products:

• Flowering Meadows Bundle: Stamps & Dies
• Moonlit Flora Designer Paper
• Ferns & Flora 3D Embossing Folder

I finished off my card by coloring some of the diecut flowers with Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush and adding Pearlized Faceted Circles to the designer paper layer:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Flowering Meadows
• Cardstock: Petal Pink, Crumb Cake, Basic White
• Designer Paper: Moonlit Flora
• Inks: Petal Pink, Secret Sea
• Tools & Accessories: Flowering Meadows Dies, Ferns & Flora 3D Embossing Folder, Pearlized Faceted Circles, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals, Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Crumb Cake Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2. Emboss the front only with the Ferns & Flora 3D Embossing Folder.
• Layer 2: Moonlit Flora Designer Paper 4 x 3-1/4. Glue to card base at an angle.
• Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-1/4 x 1-1/4. Stamp the sentiment in the center with Secret Sea Ink. Glue to card front about 1-1/4″ from the bottom.
• Stamps & Diecuts: Add the following to the designer paper layer:
  • Stems: Cut 2 stems with the dies and Crumb Cake Cardstock. Tuck and glue under the white layer.
  • Leaves: Cut 2 with the leaf branch die and Basic White Cardstock. Tuck and glue under the white layer with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Flowers: Stamp the 2 flower images on Petal Pink Cardstock with Petal Pink Ink. Cut with the dies. Glue to each stem with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Flowers: Cut 2 of the small flower with the die. Color with Wink Of Stella. Glue layered over the bottom of the stems and over the white layer with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bling: Add Pearlized Faceted Circles to the designer paper background.
