Hoppy Easter Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

Easter will soon be upon us so I hope we can give you some inspiration this month with our Easter projects. I used the Easter Basket Bundle with the coordinating Easter Joy Designer Paper:

My diecut basket made it easy to keep this card simple. All I did was stamp and cut a few images to stuff inside my Easter basket:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Easter Basket
• Inks: Lemon Lime Twist, Crumb Cake, Stampin’ Blends
• Cardstock: Highland Heather, Bubble Bath, Basic White
• Designer Paper: Easter Joy
• Tools & Accessories: Easter Basket Die, Wink Of Stella, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Highland Heather Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
• Layer 2: Bubble Bath Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Easter Joy Designer Paper 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Glue to card front.
• Basket: Cut one basket with the die and Highland Heather Cardstock. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bow and Lace: Cut one each of the bow & lace with the dies and Bubble Bath Cardstock. Color with Wink Of Stella. Glue to bow to the top of the handle and the lace to the brim of the basket.
• Images: Stamp the bunny, 2 eggs and 1 carrot with Crumb Cake Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Cut with the dies. Color with assorted Stampin’ Blends. Tuck and glue inside the basket with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Sentiment: Basic White Cardstock 2-3/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Lemon Lime Twist Ink. Glue to basket.
