All You Need Is Love Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is the last week using the All You Need Is Love theme:
I used some pretty colors that work so well together with this project. Calypso Coral, Petal Pink, Old Olive and white:
The Friendly Foliage Bundle has this neat stamp image of branches that is framed and the die cuts around the whole thing. I also added some dry embossing with the Hearts Of Love Embossing Folder:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Friendly Foliage
- Inks: Old Olive, Calypso Coral
- Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Petal Pink, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Lovely & Beautiful
- Tools & Accessories: Friendly Foliage Dies, Hearts Of Love Embossing Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Calypso Coral Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Petal Pink Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Emboss with the Hearts Of Love Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: 2 patterns of the Lovely & Beautiful Designer Paper 4 x 2-3/4. Glue to card front at opposite angles.
- Layer 4: Stamp the framed branch image with Old Olive Ink on Basic White Cardstock, Cut with the die. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimenisionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Petal Pink Cardstock 2-1/2 x 1/2 with Calypso Coral Ink. Glue partially over the stamped layer and add Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left end.
