Spooky Sweet Fright Night Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
The Spooky Sweet Designer Paper was so easy to use for my Creatively Simple card this week. I used one sheet for the background layer and then added some preprinted diecuts that are also included in the paper pack:
All I needed was a stamped sentiment from the Spooky Halloween stamp set, which I cut out with the Labeled With Love Punch after I white-embossed it:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Spooky Halloween
- Inks: VersaMark
- Cardstock: Basic Black
- Designer Paper: Spooky Sweet
- Tools & Accessories: Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders, Labeled With Love Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Diecuts: Glue the tree diecut flat and to the left of the card base. Add bats, candy corn and the critter with dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Basic Black Cardstock with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder. Melt the powder with the Heat Tool. Cut with the Labeled With Love Punch. Glue to card front at the right with dimensionals.
