Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple 216

October 21, 2025 Leave a Comment

Spooky Sweet Fright Night Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:

Pink for Halloween? Of course you can use pink! In this stamping world of ours, we can create projects with any color we want and it all makes sense!

The pink I used is Petunia Pop and the orange is Timid Tiger. Some of my layers are from the Spooky Sweet Designer Paper. I love some of the preprinted images on a few of the sheets, such as the one that my haunted house sits on:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: Spooky Halloween
  • Inks: Memento Black
  • Cardstock: Petunia Pop, Timid Tiger, Basic Black, Basic White, Basic Gray
  • Designer Paper: Spooky Sweet
  • Tools & Accessories: Spooky Halloween Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Petunia Pop Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
  • Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
  • Layer 3: Timid Tiger Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to card front.
  • Layer 4: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Glue to card front.
  • Layer 5: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 3-1/2 x 3. Glue to the center of the first designer paper layer.
  • Layer 6: Timid Tiger Cardstock 3-7/8 x 2-1/4. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals slightly more to the left.
  • Layer 7: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper (printed frame), cut to 3-5/8 x 2. Glue to timid tiger layer.
  • Haunted House: Use the haunted house die to cut one with Basic Black Cardstock. Flip over to the back side and glue pieces of Timid Tiger Cardstock to cover all of the holes. Glue house the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Sentiment: Basic Gray Cardstock 1-1/2 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black Ink. Glue above the haunted house to the right.
  • Bats: Glue 2 diecut bats from the designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
