Color Challenge Week With A Card Fold!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . Our team is using the following three colors this week and when we host a Color Challenge, you are allowed to add in any neutral colors:

I used the Scenic Adventure Bundle to create a Corner Tucked Joy Fold Card:

The little tiny layers at the bottom left corner serves as the “tuck” portion of the card fold. It holds the Joy Fold part of my card tucked in place. You can see the inside layers as well in the photos below:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Scenic Adventure
• Cardstock: Secret Sea, Old Olive
• Designer Paper: Florals In Bloom
• Inks: Strawberry Slush
• Tools & Accessories: Scenic Adventure Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Old Olive Cardstock 6 x 5-1/2. Score at 1-3/4″ on the 6″ side. Fold on score line.
• Front Flap Layer 1: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1-1/2. Glue to short flap on the front.
• Front Flap Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 5 x 1-1/4. Glue to short flap on the front.
• Corner Tuck Layer 1: Basic White Cardstock 2-1/8 x 2-1/8. Cut diagonally and set aside 1 piece for another card. Glue to the bottom left corner to the front flap.
• Corner Tuck Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 2 x 2. Cut diagonally and set aside 1 piece for another card. Glue to the bottom left corner to the front flap.
• Inside Layer 1: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to inside.
• Inside Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to inside.
• Joy Fold Layer 1: Old Olive Cardstock 5-1/2 x 3-1/2. Score at 2-3/4. Fold on score line. Glue to the inside layer with the fold facing the right.
• Joy Fold Inside Layer: Basic White Cardstock 3-1/4 x 2-1/2. Glue to inside.
• Joy Fold Front Layer 1: Basic White Cardstock 3-1/4 x 2-1/2. Glue to front.
• Joy Fold Front Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 3 x 2-1/4. Glue to front.
• Mountain: Use the die and Secret Sea Carstock 2-1/4″ wide. Glue to designer paper.
• Trees: Use the die and Old Olive Cardstock to cut the trees. Glue to mountains with Stampin’ Dimenisonals.
• Sentiment: Basic White Cardstock 2 x 7/8. Stamp the sentiment with Strawberry Slush Ink. Glue over the trees
