Impressions Abloom & Florals In Bloom Garden Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:

New products alert! Did you know we have a new Annual Catalog coming in May? As demonstrators, we get to preorder a whole month before customers do and today I’m using some of those new products on my pretty card:

What you’ll see that I used are the following:
- Impressions Abloom Bundle, which includes a stamp set and coordinating dies
- Florals In Bloom Designer Paper, which includes so many Stampin’ Up! colors:
- Bubble Bath, Cloud Cover, Darling Duckling, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Pretty In Pink, Secret Sea, Shy Shamrock, Strawberry Slush, Summer Splash, Timid Tiger


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Impressions Abloom
- Inks: VersaMark, Bubble Bath, Garden Green
- Cardstock: Secret Sea, Bubble Bath, Garden Green
- Designer Paper: Florals In Bloom
- Tools & Accessories: Impressions Abloom Dies, Blending Brushes, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Secret Sea Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper (4 patterns) 5-1/4 x 1. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Secret Sea Cardstock cut with the large oval die. Stamp the sentiment 1-1/2″ from the bottom with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and melt with the Heat Tool. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecuts: Cut the stem and leaves with the dies and Garden Green Cardstock. Cut the flowers with the dies and Bubble Bath Cardstock. Use the same ink color to add shading to each diecut piece with Blending Brushes. Cut the stem to fit above and below the sentiment and glue flat. Glue the flowers and leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
