Wreath Tutorial

November 1, 2009 1 Comment

This tutorial will teach you how to make a wreath using to berry spray from the “Autumn Days” stamp set from SU!. First ink your stamp with Old Olive ink, I used SU! markers on all my images. Stamp similar to the image below. It starts out looking like a square.

Next, using Soft Suede, stamp the images slightly offset to your first layer.

The third and final color I used was Bravo Burgunday, again, slightly offset to your first two layers.

Now add SU! brads in “3’s” to make them look like holly berries.

I used the “Corner Rounder” punch to round off the corners of my Chocolate Chip background and I also rounded off the corners of my Whisper White card stock once it was fitted to the size I wanted. I added the “Season’s Greetings” sentiment from the “Snow Swirled” stamp set, inked in Chocolate Chip.

I completed my card with a wide ribbon tied in a knot. You could use any ink colors to create this card……how about an autumn wreath……or red’s and green’s……blue’s and silver……this card is so versatile that anything would work!! Good luck!!
