Wicked Cool

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays when it comes to decorating or creating projects. This card was a blast to create and I added a matching goodie box made with the “Mini Milk Carton Die.

I used the “Wicked Cool Stamp Set” and added legs and a witch’s hat to the sentiment. I then added a few spider webs with “Basic Gray” ink so that they would appear a little faint in the background. I also added “Smooch Spritz” in Silver.

What witch do you know sports bling like this one? I added a few “Rhinestone Jewels” to make my witch a “good witch”. The second sentiment located below the ribbon, is cut out with a new punch debuting in the “Holiday Mini” which will be available to you on September 1st. This punch is called the “3/4″ x 15/16″ Oval”. I used a “Stampin’ Dimensional” to pop it on the “Curly Label Punch”.

Notice my “Satin Ribbon”? I used a needle and thread and gathered just a small portion of my ribbon. Isn’t is awesome? What a quick way to add dimension to your card.

For my little goodie box, I again added some spider webs that I inked in “Craft White Ink” so that they would show up nicely on the “Concord Crush cardstock”. Using my “3/4″ Circle Punch” I created a new circle to the “Mini Tag” in “Certainly Celery”. I stamped the bats on “Whisper White cardstock” and cut one out with my “Paper Snips” and glued him to my “Mini Tag”. The bottom of the milk carton was decorated using the “Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch”. I fastened the box closed using a “Mini Libary Clip”. Just the perfect touch.
