Valentine’s Day is on it’s way and what a good way to celebrate by offering you some blog candy! Up for grabs is a package of Love Impressions Rub Ons, Love Impressions DSP sampler sheets and 2 of my homemade cards! One lucky winner will be picked on Feb. 8th. All you have to do is leave me a comment and in your comment, tell me how you usually spend Valentine’s Day.
My hubby usually buys me a dozen yellow roses (my favorite) and takes me to dinner! He’s been hinting lately that he hasn’t purchased jewelry for me in a while so we’ll see!
Thanks for stopping by and good luck!!

Awesome blog candy!
We normally buy each other a small gift and then go out for dinner or stay in and cook a nice meal together. Cooking is such a good bonding experience for us and we love trying new recipes, especially semi-gourmet ones!
this is nice blog candy, hope i win. See's candyis always my favorite. Maybe I'll get some more this year.

My hubby surprises me with a nice card. He always puts it somewhere and I "stumble" upon it!! There has been a few years that I think he forgot but in the end it's always there!!!
My husband travels and is often away for special occasions. If he is away, I usually wake up to a picture of him on my IPHONE, he is holding a sign with a message. At some point during the day I receive a phone call and he will tell me where my card is. When he gets home we have our valentine dinner date and exchange gifts, often I get a second card. Whatever the day brings we make sure our messages of love are loud and clear. This will be our 38th Valentine Day together and the joy does not fade.
Hi – For V-day, my husband and I give each other a card then go out for dinner.
Debbie, I discovered your blog a few months ago and have checked it daily ever since. You inspire me with your creativity! Thank you!

I check out every post you post! Thanks for all the great ideas! hhhhmmm Valentine's Day….usually a nice dinner out with my husband of 40 yrs!
Thanks for the blog candy! Usually we just go out to dinner, but this year our church is having a get together and we are renewing our vow!
Gorgeous cards and you've certainly showcased those Love Impressions Rub Ons. Would be thrilled to win your awesome blog candy. My husband always gives me a beautiful card and sometimes flowers. However, several years we went for a long weekend of cross-country skiing so would then fix a fabulous dinner and a yummy "red" dessert. May do that again this year but not sure yet!
My husband and I spend time relaxing at home. He is a wonderful cook so instead of going out to eat (with everyone else) he makes a fancy dinner at home and we enjoy it together…just the two of us! 🙂
Unfortunately, my hubby is not the romantic, but Ilove him anyway! We usually just have dinner at home and watch a movie! I, of course, make him a new beautiful card!!!
Love these cards. You are really making me wish I would have ordered this set. I usually make a favorite meal and we just spend time together as a family and I make cute little Valentine gifts for my girls and hubby. Even though they are now 19 & 21 I still find it fun to give them fun little handmade treats.
My DH and I always go out to our favorite restaurant…chocolate is generally involved too. Thanks for the chance at some fun blog candy. jmniffer
Thanks Debbie for the opportunity.
I usually take my wife out for an unplanned evening, we walk the streets, shop if we like, eat anywhere (its unplanned) its just the time for each other she & me… Its only about us that evening…

Love the chance to win; and love visiting your blog! My husband and I change it up each year for V-day. Most times we go out to eat, but there have been a couple of times we just stayed home, grilled some great steaks and crab legs, and enjoyed the evening together.
We usually go out to dinner, he buys me a special gift and we have dessert by candlelight at home.
I love the inspiration that your blog has been able to give me. i love your designs and creativity. Keep up the good work. For Valentine's Day, I always get wild flowers and we do a special supper with the kids. Fancy wine glasses, treats on every plate. Our goal is for everyone to feel loved on that day. Not just Mom & Dad.
The year of our 25th anniversary, we catered a dinner for 3 other couples also celebrating their 25th. It was fun celebrating 100 years of marriage!! Love the blog candy and all your wonderful ideas.
I love to prepare a romantic dinner with the candles, soft music, a glass of wine & eat in the formal dining room. Just the two of us…
I don't have a "sweetheart" of my own, so this year I will try to do something special for my mom b/c my father passed away in December. They had been married 44 years.
Hi Debbie – My husband and I have been married 32 years (33 in Sept). We used to go out for a special dinner on Valentines Day but decided it wasn't really that fun anymore having to wait in crowded restaurants. For a number of years now we opt for a simple, yet elegant, dinner of our favorite items at home (steak or shrimp, a decadent chocolate desert and champagne, of course. We're both much happier. Thanks for the chance at great blog candy.
We spend it at home with a nice dinner. Going out there are too many priced-fixed yucky meals, so we go out a different night.
My hubby and I, who have been married for three years, go to The Melting Pot (a fondue restaurant) every year either a week before Valentines Day or a week after (depending on when we can get a sitter) – it's just too expensive to go out on the actual day! He usually gets me flowers and/or Sherri's berries too! I'm a lucky girl!
Thanks the chance for the opportunity to win this awesome blog candy Debbie! I really hope I win!
Hugs,
Christine aka The Stampin' Ninja
Hello there…
We usually opt to stay in and cook a special meal rather than have to face the crowds at restaurants. My dear husband loves to cook and tries to make every meal special for us.

We used to do gifts but not anymore. My husband gave me the best gift I could ever ask for last year, he has been working so hard to make it possible for me to stay home with my children. I really don't care for gifts anymore but I am very thankful he is such a hard working man and provider. I am so proud of him.
This year, I will cook him something delicious and put on something sexy too.
Debbie,
I love your blog. Your cards are spectacular and I have cased many of your cards and 3D projects for my own workshops. Everyone is always enamored with the projects.
I spend Valentine's Day handing out little treat bags at my mom's nursing home. The residents love the treats and the attention. It warms my heart. Thank you for all you do! Sheila

These days…snuggling with my cat and stamping…in the past my lovely hubs used to take me to dinner and return to fun pillow gifts…not sure when we officially started the tradition of pillow gifts but it was fun. Cards went under the pillow and presents were laid on top. Valentines was the big one but worked for lots of little holidays and personal made up holidays too. As a widow I miss those times but I still enjoy the memories. I'd pillowgift Wicketcat but she likes mice and messy canned food and that's just too yucky for me to sleep next to! LOL!
Happy Valentines (a wee bit early)and thanks for sharing the candy and the inspiration. I {heart} your blog!
