Happy Hump Day! Today’s card comes from a sample I viewed here made by poster Marlenelo on Split Coast Stampers. This project was so much fun and a very quick way of creating 4 cards in one sitting. This would be a great card to make in one of your workshops or stamp camps. The stamp sets used were “Upsy Daisy” Item #111710 and “Happy Everything” Item #115235.
I started out with 4 pieces of Whisper White card stock for the backgrounds. I then cut four pieces of cardstock measuring 4.25″ x 4.25″. The colors I used were: 3 from the “In Color” family- Dusty Durango, Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry and I added Old Olive from the earth elements family. I stamped the same image on all four pieces of colored cardstock with white ink. I then used my paper cutter and split all four images 7/8″ each. Once you have all pieces cut into strips equal in length, you should end up with 16 strips. Alternate all of your strips so that each card will start out with a different color. Use your snail adhesive to attached all the strips to your card, leaving about 1/8″ to 3/16″ between strips. I then used sentiment stamps with Chocolate Chip ink in each corner and viola………you now have 4 cards!!

Hi Debbie, what a terrific idea. They look fantastic and was so neat you shared how to do it. Must try myself (hope you don't mind), with different colors as we don't have those in colors just yet, but love the upsy daisy set and I use it a lot. Really elegant and striking.
This is really beautiful!
Hugs,
Samantha
