I just love the projects I am showing you today. And I used two different techniques. This is another Stamp With Me Class that you’ll see on YouTube soon. The first card uses the Rolling Marbles Technique. Have you ever tried this technique? And yes, you do use actual marbles!

I used one of our Stampin’ Up! Clear Cases and added a few drops of Re-inker to the inside on one side only. On the other side, I added a Whisper White Cardstock layer that I added just a smidgen of adhesive in the center to hold onto the other side of the inside of the case.

Close the case, hold it horizontal with the cardstock layer on the top and shake so the marbles run through the ink drops. Now you turn the case with the cardstock facing downwards and shake, shake, shake again. The inked marbles travel across the cardstock to create this neat background.

For card #2, I used Post-It Notes (the kind on a roll) at the top and at the bottom of my Whisper White Cardstock layer and stamped the leaves using VersaMark Ink. I then sprinkled with White Embossing Powder and melted the powder with my Heat Tool.

The next step was to use a Stamping Sponge and add color over the embossed leaves.
Once the sponging is complete, remove the Post-It notes.

I added more ink on the bottom to darken it up to make it go from dark to light at the top:

I changed up the cards also by creating a vertical card and a horizontal card.
I just love our new Gold Hoops Embellishments!

These cards are gorgeous, Debbie! I saw your marble technique sometime back, and loved doing it. What a great stress reliever too! I'm going to do this in a class soon. Your other card is something I've always wanted to try, but I seem to forget these cool techniques. Beautiful cards today! As always, hugs!
