Ahhh……..summer is finally on it’s way. It’s been so cold for us here in Maine and if it wouldn’t be for stamping, I would be going nuts. I am so anxious to dig out my sandals and flip flops and the weather refuses to cooperate, so I thought I would stamp some sandals and flip flops of my own:

Now with this stamp set you just can’t go wrong. Look at the variations in color I have throughout my strip of sandals. I stamped a continuous border by stamping the images twice. And the perfect flower to adorn the top of my strip:

Leaves from the bird punch and embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder, flowers from the Blossom Party Die stacked 2 high and a Rhinestone Brad in the center for a little bit of bling. I hope all you stampers that are lucky enough to have sunny days all year round are enjoying yourselves……..as us “patient” people await!
Speaking of enjoying yourselves, have you hopped on to Create with Connie & Mary yet? We’ve decided to add 5 Surprise Guest Designers to the lineup of the Summer Edition Subscriptoin!
