This is the theme for October for our Stampers for Others Group:
“You are to create a card using the theme “HARVEST DELIGHT”. Card must use 1 piece of ribbon and 1 layer of embossing. Here is my card for this month:

I love the way this card turned out! It’s funny how things come together sometimes. I worked on another card a few weeks ago and when I was done, started throwing away my tiny scraps of left-overs. Lo and behold, on my desk laid a scrap piece that I had used and cut that looked exactly like a moon. Instant stencil came to mind. That’s what I used for the moon shape on my card. I sponged More Mustard ink around my newly acquired stencil first. Then I dug out my Blender Pen and shaded some Bravo Burgundy Watercolor Crayon on the inside edges of my moon. I then added Shimmer Paint with my Blender Pen. If you click on the photo below, you will see how “rich” my moon looks:

I stamped and hand-cut all the leaves with Tangerine Tango, More Mustard and Bravo Burgundy Inks and stuck them to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The tree is also hand-cut and stamped with Early Espresso Ink:

Card Supplies:
- Cardstock: More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, Confetti White, Bravo Burgundy, Whisper White
- Tools: BigShot, Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Folder, Lace Ribbon Border Punch, Sponge Dauber, Blender Pen, Watercolor Crayons
- Stamp Set: Season of Friendship
- Inks: More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, Bravo Burgundy, Early Espresso
- Accessories: Taffeta Ribbon, Pearl Jewels, Shimmer Paint

Fabulous card – love the colors and how you popped the tree and leaves. And your moon – how clever!
Cute card Debbie. What would we do without our little scraps??
Beautiful!!! Hugs,
