Stampers For Others Facebook Hop for March!

So I decided to use the stamp set “Pedal Pusher”. Did you know you can earn this stamp set for FREE during Sale-A-Bration? I love the sentiment that I used “let me pedal for a while”. This would be so appropriate for someone that is stressed out or trying to do it all. Do you know someone like that?

For my card, I used the Brick Wall Embossing Folder as a stamp. As a stamp you ask? Yes as a stamp. All I did was open up the embossing folder and using the Sahara Sand Ink Pad, I rubbed the ink over the bumpy side of the bricks. I then placed my Whisper White Cardstock over the bumps, closed the folder and rubbed my fingers over the cardstock and viola, a brick-stamped cardstock layer:

I stamped my bicycle and colored it in using Stampin’ Write Markers. I also hand-cut a piece of Cucumber Crush Cardstock and stamped only the bottom of the wheels of the bicycle at the very top of the cardstock. I then lined up the wheel images over the wheels on the white layer. Isn’t that neat?

I coordinated all of my stamped layers to the card. Did you notice the Melon Mambo Ink splats on my card and my box? I used an Aqua Painter and picked up some Melon Mambo Ink from inside the lid and place my index finger over the cardstock. I then flicked the Aqua Painter on my finger to add the splats to both projects:
