Good Morning Stampers! Today is “Spotlight Sunday” and I have another of my Dynamic Duos team members for you today. Susie Wittwer (Hi Susie!) created this really neat card:
Notice that not only did Susie use the “Color Block Technique” but she also arranged her blocks to give an “Ombre Effect”. Love how she die cut the image to create the negative space! You can visit her blog at “Procraftination” !
