This is a first for me……….using Stampin’ Up!’s chipboard. Chipboard is a very very thick piece of cardboard. This set of chipboards is called “So Tweet”. You can either apply ink, paint, or in my case cardstock to your chipboard. I used Tombo and adhered cardstock to “color” my bird.
I CASED the idea of the owl from the February Stampin’ Success, (a monthly magazine that we demonstrators received from Stampin’ Up!) created by Tessa Wise.
Supplies Used:
So Tweet Chipboard
Scallop Trim Border Punch
Photo Corners Punch
Small Heart Punch
Heart to Heart Punch
Wide Oval Punch
Itty Bitty Backgrounds Stamp Set
I {Heart}Hearts Stamp Set
Sponge Daubers
Versamark Ink
Taken With Teal Ink
I layered hearts that were sponged around the edges and stamped with one of the stamps from Itty Bitty Backgrounds. Isn’t this bird just so cute!

Just stumbled across your blog and am now subscribing to feeds—- I LOVE it! Your projects are FABULOUS. I'm new, so don't laugh, but I didn't know what chipboard was until I read your post. Thanks for explaining what it was—- and pretty please continue to assume that not :all: of your visitors are seasoned crafters—:) —-Big Hug from Lauren
