I get so excited when a new catalog arrives. And as a demonstrator, we receive our catalog a little over a month before you do and we get to order a whole month ahead of you. The first items I look for when I receive a new catalog or a new mini catalog are the “Big Shot” products. These are the very first items to go on my wish list…..the new dies, sizzlits or impressions folders.
Take a look at one of the new dies in the upcoming “Holiday Mini Catalog”:
How cute is that? This die is called “Candy Wrapper”. Create your own sweet treats with this die. Ideal for treats, table decorations, and more! I left one end open so you could see how it opens.
Once I assembled my little goodie box, I wrapped a small strip of “Concord Crush” cardstock that I embossed with my “Big Shot” and the “Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder”.
The stamped image is from “Wicked Cool” and I think this image is wicked cool! I stamped it on a “1 3/4″ Circle Punch” with “Whisper White” cardstock. I use “Stampin’ Write Markers” to color my image.
To finish off my project I added one solo “Rhinestone Jewel” and tied both ends with “1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon” in “Basic Black”.
This die will be available to you on September 1st!

Love the new goodie box. It's hard to imagine the size. Thanks for putting the mini candies in the picture. Will d/p be sturdy enough?

Sharon, I had to respond here since I don't have your email. I think DP would be sturdy enough as long as you don't twist the ends as you assemble like the instructions say. I would tie ribbon on each end like I did mine. With the instructions, no ribbon on the ends is used. Hope that helps!
