I fell in love with the Remarkable You stamp set when it first became available and then came the Holiday Catalog followed by the Occasions Catalog and well….the stamp set sat on my shelf. Now that the retiring list is out, I am trying to showcase stamp sets that will carry over into the new Annual Catalog and yay…this one is carrying over!
So how did I achieve this pretty water-colored look? I stamped with colored ink first on water-color paper, then used my Aqua Painter to color “with the lines”. Once all of the images were colored this way, I then added more shading with the same ink color and completed the look by adding a layer of Early Espresso Ink.

I love how the Early Espresso Ink adds the perfect shading and really makes the other colors pop. I finished off the card by adding sequins from a past Paper Pumpkin kit in the background:

Stay tuned tomorrow as I show you another water-colored card. I promise you’ll love it!

Somehow I missed this set, guessing I thought I had enough flower sets, never have enough flowers…love! You are right, this is indeed a masterpiece! Tfs!
Just gorgeous!
Wow – so stunning! I have this set on the way, so thankful for this inspiration! Kelly x
