Punch Art Butterflies! - Debbie Henderson, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

With the launch of the new catalog this week, I haven’t had time to record a new video. I usually post a new one each Sunday. I hope to have one for you next week!

I have the cutest card to show you today. This is also my final submission to the Stampin’ Up! Pinterest Punch Art contest. If you missed my previous posts, you can see my other two cards the Punch Art Fancy Dress and the Punch Art Double-Layered Flower. These are the punches we were to use on our projects:

Can you guess which of the punch or punches I am showing you today? I used the Pansy Punch to create two butterflies:

I first stamped using the Flower Shop Stamp Set with Watermelon Wonder Ink on Watermelon Wonder Cardstock. I then used the Pansy Punch to punch out both of the flowers. Using my Paper Snips, I removed one petal from each flower. Using my Bone Folder, I curled all four petals on each butterfly. Once my card layer was stamped, I glued each butterfly in place using Stamipin’ Dimensionals and added a strip of 5 Rhinestone Jewels as the butterfly body:
