Being from Maine, the April Paper Pumpkin Kit was right up my alley. Maine is one of those states that sports lots of light houses. Before I show you my projects, don’t forget to sign up for Paper Pumpkin by May 10th for two reasons:
- You’ll receive the May kit that will mail out on the 11th and
- You’ll get your first two months at 50% off as a new Paper Pumpkin subscriber
Subscribe here with a new email address:

If you haven’t seen the April kit yet, here’s a photo showing you all of the fabulous projects we created:

And the stamp set:

As you all know, I create Alternative Projects using the kit and sometimes add in a few products from Stampin’ Up! This is my line-up of projects for this month:

First though, let me show you the projects following the directions for the kit. You can make 4 sets of these:

5 individual cards with coordinating envelopes that fit in the box:

These are 5 alternative cards that I created to fit in my alternative box:

And then I’ve created three cards by adding in some cardstock:

This is the box bottom that I turned into a wall hanging:

And this one is the box lid turned into a Shadow Box Card.
It does fold flat for mailing:

And my last project is framed art using all 5 cards:

If you are a subscriber of MINE, I will be sending you a monthly Paper Pumpkin Newsletter with all of the supplies and sizes to create each project.
Join me and a team of demonstrators on May 3rd for “A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop”. I will be showing you two more projects!
