The Paper Players Challenge-PP62

September 9, 2011 12 Comments

Birthday Cards………add to your stash this week by joining The Paper Players Challenge!

I’ve seen this a few times on other demo’s blogs and wanted to try. I think I first spotted this idea on Carrie Gaskin’s blog. These are actual candles that I covered with “Just Add Cake Designer Paper”:

How cute is that huh? I used Sticky Strip and just rolled my candles. The decorative matching trim at the bottom was created with my Big Shot and the Tasteful Trim Die. Quick & Cute!

Card Supplies:

  • Cardstock: So Saffron, Pacific Point, Whisper White
  • DSP:Just Add Cake
  • Accessories: Taffeta Ribbon in Whisper White, In Color Designer Printed Brads
  • Tools: BigShot Machine, Ovals Die, Tasteful Trim Die, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Sticky Strip
  • Stamp Set: Bring on the Cake
  • Inks: Wild Wasabi
  • Misc: Birthday Candles

Guess what today is…..another preview project at Create with Connie & Mary….and blog candy! I can’t tell you who it is, you’ll have to go visit for yourself. You also need to check in DAILY over on Create with Connie you never know what may be announced!
We have SIX Guest Designers on board…and will be showing them off, too! I’m one of them…….keep checking!
