Gratitude and Thanks – PPA10
This week we have a Theme Challenge: Gratitude and Thanks. Whether your project represents something (or someone) you’re grateful for, is a simple thank you note, or has a Thanksgiving motif, we encourage you to create with a spirit of gratitude and thanks.
I thought this would be a good challenge to use one of my new SU! stamp sets. You can earn this stamp set yourself by hosting a party and earning the Hostess Level 1. This stamp set is called
“Holiday Best”, set of 4. These stamps can be used in a variety of ways. See my card sample below:
I created this card by using mostly SU! punches. Punches are a quick and easy way of adding dimension to a card. I also used my SU! “Sponge Daubers” to highlight the edges of all my punched out images. I sponged white ink to each edge. Card stock used: Ruby Red & Whisper White. The DSP is Chocolate Chip. Add a white ribbon and a few brads and your card is complete!

Beautiful job on the challenge. I like how you highlighted the flowers. Great colors!
I like the red and choc. chip as well – nice!
It's so simple and so beautiful! I love how you doubled up the eyelet border, it adds such a wonderful touch to the card! Great job!
Debbie, what a punchy way to play at PPA! Your colors are great together, also.
I love the red and the chocolate chip together! The double eyelet border really adds to the card! Great job! Thanks for playing @ PPA!
On behalf of the design team, thank you for playing @ PPA.
Join us for our next challenge on Thursday, October 8, 2009.
Very pretty, Debbie! I love this stamp set! Love what you did with the oval punches too for the sentiment! Great job!
