Pals Paper Arts Inspiration Challenge from the photo below:
Wowza……this was almost a stumper for me. I can usually whip up a card quick when I have something to go by……..this one, not! I knew exactly what I wanted to use for the background but from that point on……..I was totally stumped. I stared at the photo and stared at the photo and finally, it came together:
