The Painted Harvest stamp set has been over-the-top popular from the Holiday Catalog. Have you purchased yours yet? If not, you really, really need to. The two-step stamping is so neat to play with to create the flowers.
I’ve played with different color combinations and today I wanted to see what using darker colors plus the addition of Vellum Cardstock over the images would look like:
I used Soft Sky and Marina Mist for inks and cardstock.
And I love how the Copper Ribbon is like a stretchable mesh. Just pull on the sides to make it wider. I have a 4-looped bow here and I pulled on each loop to get this effect:
See how the flower peeks through the Vellum Cardstock. I love the way this ended up for me. The soft look is fantastic!

Very nice, but I'd like to see it without the vellum. I think that would look great too!
I love your vellum card….it is gorgeous!!! How did you adhere the vellum?
Thanks Maxine. I actually added a glue dot in the center of each flower and you can't see them on the Vellum because the ink is so dark in those spots.
