October Club Projects using the Winter Woods Bundle!

I featured the Winter Woods Bundle for my October Club projects this month. I just love the photorealistic trees in the this stamp set and that you can cut some of the trees out with the coordinating In The Woods Framelits Dies:

My first cards uses only Whisper White and Dapper Denim Cardstocks. Clean, simple with a lot of white space makes for a beautiful card:

The tree is cut with the dies in two pieces and then glued together. Love the little flaps that are cut out on the top layer so you can make the tree look so realistic. The two smaller trees behind the large tree were cut using Vellum Cardstock:

For Card #2, the trio of trees image was stamped repeatedly across my Crumb Cake Cardstock layer. Once all of the trees were stamped using Memento Black Ink, I used an Aqua Painter to add white ink to each tree. This had to be painted on quickly so the black ink wouldn’t smudge:

The card was completed by adding a Vellum Cardstock banner, a Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper banner and a sentiment stamped with Balmy Blue Ink and cut with the Everyday Label Punch:
