Hi Stampers! I hope your weekend is going well. I have a card and video that I promise you will love today! I used the “Northern Lights Technique” for the background. Stampin’ Up! ink colors are so perfect for this card. Don’t you love how the color peeks through the dark sky? Inspiration for this card was “Still Stamping with Sue”:
