You could substitute the Pretty In Pink cardstock layer to a masculine color if this card is for someone else other than a female:
The Pretty In Pink Cardstock layer was embossed with the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Folder. The little “dots” in the center of each flower were adorned with Pearl Jewels:
