My daughter Jessica and granddaughter Kaitlynn live a little over an hour and a half away from us. We don’t get to papercraft very often but I do order an extra Paper Pumpkin kit each month and have it shipped to them. This always gives them some creating time together. Kaitlynn loves to assemble the Paper Pumpkin kits all by herself and she glows with pride and achievement when she doesn’t need any help.
This is the card I received from them for Mother’s Day this year. The stamp set used was from one the the past Paper Pumpkin kits. Jess even added some hand-stitched lines with a marker around the white circle. What a great job and such a pretty card. Don’t you agree?

Here’s a close-up of the stitched lines. They look so perfect, almost like they were printed there on purpose:

Definitely a chip off the grandmother block! I still have trouble making those little stitched lines. Great job, Kaitlynn!
WOW!! you sure passed your talent down a couple generations. Pretty card, I especially like the layout.
