Mojo Monday……this is the sketch to inspire all of the card makers today:

For my card today, I used a reverse-masking technique that I actually demonstrated in my Workshop this past Friday.
I started out by cutting a butterfly stencil by using a diecut from the Bigz Beautiful Butterflies die. Layer the cutout on Whisper White card stock. Using Sponge Daubers, I applied inks from Certainly Celery and Bashful Blue ink pads. The daubers fit so nicely on the tip of your fingers and make application so easy and non-messy! I used an image from the Autumn Days stamp set and inked in Chocolate Chip ink. Remove your stencil and voila, a nice little butterfly. I thought the Certainly Celery would mimic a grassy field while the Bashful Blue gives it a hint of sky. The remainder of the layers were all completed with Whisper White, Bashful Blue and Certainly Celery cardstock. The small layer of DSP is from the Pawsitively Prints set. Punches used were 1 1/4″ Circle, 1 3/8″ Circle, and the Scallop Circle. All layers were sponged with Chocolate Chip and Bashful Blue inks, again with the Sponge Daubers.
