I am really dragging today. Dave and I drove to my parents yesterday, which is 2 hours away. My dad has just recently had a defibrillator for his heart put in and he is still recuperating. In Maine, lots of households heat with firewood to keep the cost of fuel down. My parents had 5 cords delivered a few weeks ago and it needed to be piled into the basement. I gathered my brothers and sisters and their families and we all pitched in. I have muscles in my body that I didn’t know existed this morning.
Anyway, Mojo Monday is here this morning with a new sketch. I thought I’d get right to it to get my morning going. Here is the sketch:

The stamp set I used is the “Kind & Caring Thoughts” Set of 12. Item #115324. I just love the many sentiments that are included in this set.
The background card is made using the new “In Color” Soft Suede card stock. I layered the retired DSP Parisian Breeze over the Soft Suede. I used my Stampin’ Write Markers to ink the images on Whisper White cardstock and layered over Real Red cardstock. The image in the large circle was highlighted by using a Stampin’ Sponge dipped in red ink and rubbed on the edges to give it the red highlight. I used my Photo Corners Punch, Item #109042 with the Real Red and retired DSP. I added a strip of Real Red punched with the Scallop Edge Punch, Item #112091 and layered the sentiment and the smaller image on top of that. The final touch was adding red brads to the card.
Enjoy your Monday!!
