I had this idea in my head and I took off running! My thoughts were to grab sentiments that read “Happy Birthday” from different stamps sets and alternating them in a cluster on a card front. I think I succeeded:
First I stamped an image from the “Bliss” stamp set in Night of Navy Ink. I stamped the image on scrap paper first and then on my card front without re-inking. It gives the image a faded look and is called “Stamping Off”. I then started stamping the “Happy Birthday” sentiments all over the place:
My card front is from “Shimmering White Cardstock”. If you click on the image above, you will see a close-up of the shimmer. I really like how this turned out!
