I’m a little late in posting my projects for Lisa’s Workshop which took place in November. I’ve even had another workshop since then and those photo’s will be posted in the next day or two. Did you know I offer WORKSHOPS ON THE GO? You can check out my page if you click on the link.
So for the first card I used the “Color Me” designer paper for my background. This paper is already colored and also comes with clear embossing as you can see in the woodgrain lines:

I added an assortment of leaves from the Lighthearted Leaves cut out with the Leaflets Framelits Dies. I added a layer of Vellum Cardstock cu with the 1-3/4″ Scallop Circle Punch. Did you notice how my scallops turned into pointy ends? What I did is cut it out first with the punch, and then added a little bit of glue to the center and pressed on copy paper. I then re-punched by turned the scallops a tad bit over. Finally I finished by adding some Gold Cording Trim in the back of the leaf cluster and added the “hello” cut using the Greetings Thinlits Dies:

Card #2 was a Shaker Card that I made using our beautiful Home For Christmas Designer Paper. I fussy-cut the poinsettia from one of the sheets. All three paper designs you see used on the card are from the same paper:

For the shaker portion of the card I used Gold Stampin’ Glitter and coordinated the glitter with the Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies using Gold Foil Sheets:

For my final card, I saw the idea of the reindeer on Pinterest using the antlers from the Wonderland stamp set. How cute is this?

I even added a red-nosed reindeer by coloring a large Pearl Jewel with a red Permanent marker and the eyes using the smallest pearls and coloring those with a black marker:

Stay tuned for another post later in the week showing you more cards from December’s workshop. And no they are not Christmas cards! I told the girls just this past week that I was done making Christmas cards. Thanks for stopping by to visit me today!
