Kylee Turns Two! Our youngest granddaughter celebrated her 2nd birthday on March 10th. She is the youngest of our two for a little while longer as our third grandchild is due at the end of June. We are lucky that we were able to travel to spend time with family and her Godparents for a small birthday celebration because about a week later, is when all heck broke loose with the coronavirus epidemic. This is the card that I created for Kylee because she has a Minnie Mouse themed party.

I used a Sponge Dauber to create a dotted background using Flirty Flamingo Ink. It’s easy to add ink to a dauber and then press and twist. Once all of my other layers were added, I placed a Rhinestone Jewel to each dot:

I did use a Numbers Die to cut out the two that is a retired die set, but I’ve held on to the die set for occasions just like this one. I coordinated the ribbon by coloring with the Dark Stampin’ Blends Marker. All of the circles for the Minnie silhouette were cut using the Layering Circles Dies and glued in place with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Here’s a few photos of our little birthday girls. Kylee is such a little comedian already at her age. She makes us laugh so much with her funny antics!

Stay tuned tomorrow because her sister Kaitlynn celebrated her birthday this past weekend and I have another beautiful card to show you! Here are the products I used today:
Retired: Numbers Dies
