It was my granddaughter Kaitlynn’s 9th birthday a few weeks ago. I wanted to make her a girly, glimmery card so I used the Star Blast Edgelits Dies to cut out the shape twice. One for the top of the card and one for the bottom of the card. I then cut out the hearts using Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and glued them in place inside the star cut-outs:
I used Smoky Slate Ink to add the birthday sentiment in the center of the card and then finished off the card by adding just a few Rhinestone Jewels:
Kaitlynn’s birthday party was at the House Of Bounce so we kept it simple this year because of transporting everything to the business location. My daughter Jessica made the colored melts butterflies you see on Kaitlynn’s cake. I even took the cake and frosting to the event and frosted the cake there while the kids played. We all had a great time watching the kids climb, bounce and jump!
