I thought I would change things up a bit for Valentine’s week and post a few Valentine’s projects. I posted my “Super Sunday, pick a challenge” card already so you can scroll down to see that post after you vies this one.
I have a card and a goodie holder to show you for Valentine’s Day:

How do you like my “lips card”? I saw a picture of lips in a magazine and thought…hmmm, let’s see if I can create a card to look like lips. Well here it is, pattern and all:

Download PDF pattern here: Lips Card Pattern

And the matching 3D goodie holder. Here are the steps to create the goodie holder:
Step 1:

Cut the shape using the Labels Collection Framelits. I used the largest sized framelit and cut with the Mouthwatering DSP from the Occasions 2012 Mini Catalog. You can substitute any DSP of your choice.
Step 2:

Score 1/2″ from the center in both directions. The photo above shows you where your score lines should be created.
Step 3:

Fold on score lines.
Step 4:

Using the Punch Pack, punch a hole through both layers of DSP at the top to create a handle. Tie the Organza Ribbon through the 2 holes. I filled a Cello Bag with Hershey Kisses to fit inside the goodie holder. Decorate as you like!
Goodie Holder Supplies:
- Mouthwatering DSP
- Wide Oval Punch
- Scallop Oval Punch
- Small Hearts Punch
- Punch Pack
- Poppy Parade Ink
- Pearl Jewels
- Organza Ribbon
- Stampin’ Dimensionals
This is a close-up of the “lips card”:
