Happy Easter everyone! He is Risen! I stepped out on our deck that morning at 7 a.m est with my arms lifted up in the air. And last night at 7:30 p.m. Dave and I joined in with our Catholic church state-wide to join in an act of solidarity with one another and all people of good will, the hour of the sunset, by standing outside our homes with a lit candle, flashlight, or other source of light. At that time, we were asked to offer a silent prayer and reflection for those in the world who have died from COVID-19, for the consolation of their families, and for the healing of our world and an end to the crisis. You can even see our beagle Ruger in the background!
For today’s project, I used the Tufted Technique. This was one of my classes that took place on Facebook and I will have a video to add here once I add it to YouTube. You can come and and check in a few days. I used the Easter Promise stamp set:
