Although they look quite complicated, they are quite simple to create:

All you need is a strip of cardstock, the longer the cardstock the larger the flower. My cardstock is 1″ wide for the widest flower and 3/4″ wide for the two skinnier flowers. All I did was add a piece of Sticky Strip on the very edge of one long side and then I used my scissors to cut the snips all along the edge up to the Sticky Strip. Once all your snips are cut, remove the backing from your Sticky Strip and then start rolling your cardstock piece until it is rolled to the very end. Stand up the flower on the glued end and push down from the top to disperse the snips to form your flower. I trimmed a few of the snips towards the center a little shorter and then added a Large Pearl Jewel to the center using a hot glue gun!

Debbie what a very pretty card. I love the pretty floral Paper and the colours you have used. I have these scissors and haven't used them yet…you have inspired me. I see you have used them (I think) on one of your MM DT cards, I have been admiring it ALOT!.
such a pretty card and lovely backing paper. Like your fringed flowers as well
I have a Fringe Scissors but very seldom use it.
What a neat idea. So nice of you to share your ideas. A must to try
Dunno if I sent a message or not….love the bright and pretty flowers and of course who does not love that DSP….one of the best little tablets yet, my opinion! I am sadly waiting for the Fringe Scissors to come off of Back Order – sadly no estimated date yet….may think about looking elsewhere if I don't see it come up soon…I know bad me!!!!!! TFS!
Beautiful!
