We have a new color feature today for our Saturday Blog Hop at Create with Connie & Mary. But first, let me show you what’s in store for our June Mini Session starting today:
I had so much fun creating for this session. Just a hint, I live in Maine and the stamp set I used was perfect for all the recreational activities we have available in our wonderful state. Can you guess which one I used?
- Birthday Fiesta
- Flourishing Phrases
- Always an Adventure
- Best Birds
- Shooting Star

- Each session includes FIVE step-by-step tutorials for projects…THREE card sets, each with 4 cards and TWO 3D items…perfect for your club or stamp camp!
- All FIVE projects are available once the monthly mini collection opens so you immediately have all projects (and tutorials)
- Mini Sessions open on the 11th of each month

I have a little bit of embossing, some stamping direct-to-designer-paper and some fussy cutting today to show you:

- Card Base: Flirty Flamingo 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score in the center at 5-1/2″ and fold.
- Layer #2: Basic Black Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer #3: Affectionately Yours Designer Paper 5″ x 3-3/4″. Using the Floral Affection Embossing Folder, emboss centered. Leave the designer paper inside the folder and sand the “bumps” to reveal the white core of the paper. Remove from embossing folder. Stamp the sentiment and leaves using Basic Black Ink from the Love & Affection stamp set. Glue to card front.
- Flowers: Stamp 2 flowers using Basic Black Ink on Flirty Flamingo Cardstock. Hand-cut and glue to the center of each embossing row using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add Pearl Jewels in the center of each flower.
