We have a special treat for you this week for our Saturday Blog Hop at Create with Connie & Mary. We are all creating “Easter Favor’s” but before I show you mine, did you sign up for our March Session? All of our projects posted yesterday and you are just in time to receive them all in one swoop when you sign up!

The stamp sets we are using for the March session are:
- Pyramid Pals & Large Number Framelits
- Sunburst Sayings Bundle
- Timeless Textures
- Botanical Blooms Bundle
- Grateful Bunch

I love to decorate cakes and have a ton of frosting bags on hand. I thought it would be perfect to use for my favor so I filled one of those bags with hot chocolate mix and added mini marshmallows at the top. So for my Easter favor I created a punch art Easter bunny:

This is going to be for my soon-to-be 8 year old grand-daughter Kaitlynn for Easter and her birthday party is the day before Easter!
I also added some wooden spoons I found on Amazon and dipped them into white chocolate and of course I had to add those cool looking sprinkles on them! Perfect for swirling into her hot chocolate, don’t you think?

So all I did was create the cone shape of the frosting bag with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock and then added my punch art which I will list below.

- Ears: Cut 2 Whisper While ovals using the Ovals Collection Framelits Dies and add a layer of Pink Pirouette Cardstock cut with the Large Oval Punch to each ear. Glue to the inside of the cone shape at the top front.
- Eyes: Cut 2 wings from the Bird Punch and add 2 eyeballs using Whisper White Cardstock cut with the Owl Punch. The smaller black circles are also cut with the Owl Punch. Layer and glue to the favor. Add eyelashes using a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker over each eye.
- Nose: Cut 2 circles using the 1″ Circle Punch and glue to the favor. Add a nose using the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack with Pink Pirouette Cardstock and glue to the center of both circles. Once the heart nose is in place, add 3 little dots on each white circle using a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker. I also added a circle cut with the 1/2″ Circle Punch (not pictured) and Pink Pirouette Cardstock under the two white circles for the mouth
- Whiskers: I cut little teeny tiny strips of Basic Black cardstock and glued 3 to each side of the nose.
This is what the hot chocolate and mini marshmallows look like and I tied the top with a piece of Whisper White Seam Binding Ribbon:
