Awwww, I just love Halloween. This is my favorite time of year to create and decorate for. Although my kids Jessica and Greg are all grown up now, I have a 5 year old granddaughter Kaitlynn that loves to get dressed up to go Trick-or-Treating. So this week at Dynamic Duos we have “Tangerine Tango & Basic Black” with the dessert option of “Halloween”:
Look at my “Chalk Talk Framelits Die” dressed up as a mummy! Isn’t he adorable?
I cut some strips of “Whisper White Cardstock” 1/2″ wide and glued them to a cardstock piece a little larger than the framlits shape and glued them everywhere on the cardstock, some straight, some crooked and some just to fill in the blank spots:
The eyes are cut from the “Owl Punch” and then I added a small bow for the “1/8″ Silver Ribbon”.
- Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White
- DSP: Venetian Romance
- Accessories: Candy Dots, 1/8″ Silver Ribbon
- Stamps: Halloween Bash
- Inks: StazOn Jet Black, Basic Black
- Tools: Corner Rounder Punch, Owl Punch, Ticket Punch, Big Shot Machine, Chalk Talk Framelits Die, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Visit the Dynamic Duos team as we only have one more week together and then DD starts up with new designers!
Thanks for stopping by to visit!
